SUGGESTION for Frozen Mushrooms
Do
not defrost the mushrooms, put them straight in a frypan, let their
juice flow out.
Once
they have released some liquid, transfer the mushrooms to another
frypan, with preferably, goose fat, macadamia oil or butter. Do
not discard the liquid from the mushrooms, reduce it and use it
in a sauce or to enhance the flavour of the fried mushrooms. |
