All the chocolates, except for the chocolate batons, are in small
round buttons of about 10mm in diameter. The advantage of a small
button is to melt quickly when required.

All of the DGF chocolates use a high grade “hard”
cocoa butter. This helps to increase the fusion temperature, generally
by several degrees above concurrent products, to between 32 and
34° C,. A higher temperature increases the fluidity of the melted
chocolate and produces a better shine when the chocolate sets. |

| The cocoa liquor used
by DGF for their chocolates comes from the Ivory Coast, Cameroon
and Equator. |
