Captive
Breeding Caviar Production: |
|
 |
| |
The Solution: |
 |
| |
|
In
order to find an alternative to supply the market without destroying
wildlife, an ambitious project was launched in France during the
1970s to produce Captive Breeding Caviar from a Siberian species.
(Acipenser Beari) |
  |
| |
|
Since
the 1970s, France has developed and progressively mastered
the know-how to produce Captive Breeding Sturgeons, in this way
proposing an ideal alternative to supply the market without destroying
wildlife. |
 |
| |
|
After
twenty years of research and development, a producer is now able
to control, in captivity, the life cycle of the Acipenser Beari
Sturgeon which comes from Russia.
The result of this research gives you, without further endangering
the wild population, the unique opportunity to discover a Caviar
of excellent quality Le Caviar dAquitaine. |

The Flavours: |

|
"Le
Caviar dAquitaine" is above all, an exclusive Caviar,
unique because of its origin in the gastronomic region of Bordeaux.
To fully release the delicate but distinctive flavours, this Fresh
Caviar has very little salt (Malossol type). |
   |
| |
|
By virtue
of its large egg size and colour ranging from charcoal grey to golden
brown, "Le Caviar dAquitaine", with its subtle nutty
flavour, will surprise and please the most demanding palates. |
